Google Ads · Dubai and the GCC

Google Ads that produce
qualified buyers.

Search is the highest-intent channel you can buy in Dubai. It is also the easiest to waste, because the person searching and the person ready to pay you are not always the same person. We build the campaigns, the offer and the pages behind them, then measure booked meetings.

The problem

Nothing here is exotic. It is what we find on almost every account we are asked to look at.

Broad match with no negative listThe account bids on people researching, comparing, studying and job-hunting. The report still shows a low cost per lead, because a lead is a lead.
One landing page for every keywordSomeone searching a specific service lands on a homepage and has to find their own way. The click was expensive and the page does nothing to earn it.
Conversions counted at the formThe campaign learns to find people who fill in forms. That is a different population from people who buy, and the algorithm optimises towards it.
No offer behind the adTwo firms bid on the same term with the same generic promise. The one who wins is the one who pays more, until neither can afford it.
How we run it

The order matters. Most agencies start at step three, which is why the campaigns look busy and the calendar does not move.

01Research

We work out which searches come from people who can buy now, which come from people two years out, and which are not buyers at all. That list decides the whole account.

02Offer

What the ad promises has to be worth the click. We build or sharpen this before a dirham is spent, because no bid strategy rescues a vague offer.

03Campaign build

Tight ad groups, exact and phrase match where intent is clear, and a negative list that grows every week. Not one campaign called “Search”.

04Landing pages

One page per intent, built to sort the visitor before your team sees them, not to collect the maximum number of email addresses.

05Qualification and booking

A fast first reply, questions about timing and budget, ready buyers routed to a consultant, everyone else into scheduled follow-up.

06Tracking

Offline conversions fed back to Google so the algorithm optimises against booked meetings and signed clients, not form fills.

What we report

Cost per lead is the number an agency shows you when the leads are not converting. It goes down when the leads get worse. We report the number that survives contact with your sales team.

Immigration firm, Dubai. 90 days after launch, reported by the client.

Cost per qualified leadNot everyone who fills a form. The ones who match the fit criteria we agreed in writing before launch.
Cost per booked meetingSomeone in a consultant’s calendar. This is the number the campaign is optimised against.
Cost per signed clientTracked back to the click that started it, so you know which campaign actually paid for itself.
What we do not reportImpressions and reach as headline metrics. They are diagnostic, not results. You will see them if you ask.
Proof

Google and Meta ran together on all three of these accounts. The numbers below belong to the whole system, not to one platform, and we will not pretend otherwise.

All figures reported by the client and measured month on month. Two of the three firms asked to stay anonymous.

Fit

Search works when there is existing demand to capture. If nobody is searching for what you sell, Meta is usually the better first channel and we will say so.

AED 5,000+ per closed clientBelow that, the maths on managed paid acquisition does not work and we will tell you so.
Someone who can take a booked meetingWe fill the calendar. Your team still has to show up and sell.
A real sales conversationGoogle suits considered purchases where someone actively goes looking. If your sale closes on a checkout button, this is not the right spend.
A monthly ad budget, or readiness to start oneAd spend is paid by you, direct to the platform. It never passes through us.
Next step

One call with Bilal on whether search demand exists in your category, what it would cost to capture, and what has to be true before it works.

1

How to profitably scale your ads

What is producing qualified booked calls right now, and what stopped working this year.

2

A viability check, both ways

An honest audit of what you are already running. If there is no upside, we say so.

3

Your custom LTC funnel map

The exact system we would build for you. You see it before you pay for any of it.

4

What is working right now

The ad angles turning cold traffic into booked calls this quarter. Structure, not client artwork.

5

Your numbers, in writing

What you spend, what arrives, what reaches a consultant. Yours to keep either way.

6

What to fix first

The one change that moves your number fastest, whoever builds it.

Run by Bilal, not a sales rep. Free. If we do not think Google is where your money should go, we will say so on the call.
